A day of Blessing!

Um dia lindo de benção!

   
    Ontem eu tive um dia maravilhoso. Encontrei com um grande amigo que estávamos sem contato desde outubro do ano passado. Não tivemos nenhuma desavença, foi apenas àquela velha história que ainda pecamos do "amanha eu vou", "amanha eu faço", e assim passaram alguns meses. Eu tinha que entregar um presente para ele que eu trouxe da minha última viagem. Esta viagem que fiz logo depois de nosso último encontro em outubro, e estava em casa parado. Quando abria o armário, o presente estava lá e eu dizia – “Ai caramba, preciso entregar logo” - até que anteontem antes de dormir abri o armário, vi o presente e disse - "de amanha não passa" - dito e feito.
    De fato são poucos meses, parecia que falaria de algum amigo que não nos víamos há uns 10 anos pelo menos, não?
    A verdade é que quando temos grandes amigos, não importa por quanto tempo ficamos afastados, o importante mesmo é estarmos juntos, não é? O mais maravilhoso é que sabemos reconhecer estas pessoas pelo simples abraço, aquele abraço fraternal, acolhedor.
    Quando cheguei e o vi a minha alegria foi enorme e foi reciproca. Logo após um forte e longo abraço entreguei o presente e ele ficou muito contente. Meu coração ficou muito emocionado como há muito tempo não sentia. Apesar do meu atraso na entrega do presente, a satisfação de ver a sua alegria recebendo o presente ajudou bastante a apagar o meu desleixo na demora, além de suas palavras ao dizer que eu tinha acertado no presentes e que ele havia chegado à hora certa, como uma benção.

    Ficou aqui, para mim, neste dia, marcado outra lição. Sabe quando passamos, por exemplo, em frente a uma livraria e ficamos olhando os livros da vitrine e de repente o título de um livro te chama à atenção e naquele instante te faz lembrar-se de algum amigo, ai você entra na livraria e vai ler a contracapa e percebe que de fato existe realmente alguma coisa que liga o teu amigo ao livro e você pensa em compra-lo, mas quando descobre o preço percebe que é um pouco além do que você imaginava, mas não que fosse impossível para você pagar, apenas é que nós geralmente não estamos acostumados a fazermos este tipo de gratidão. Dar algo de coração, sem esperar receber nada em troca. Quando conseguimos perceber o toque de Deus no nosso coração, não deveríamos deixar esta linda oportunidade passar. O que quero enfatizar é que nem sempre sabemos o que esta passando com o nosso amigo. No exemplo do livro, às vezes ele vinha procurando e não estava encontrando, ou tinha encontrado e precisava muito, mas estava com dificuldades financeiras e não podia deixar faltar comida para sua família, ou ali dentro do livro estará uma resposta que ha muito tempo ele vem procurando, ou anda depressivo, se sentindo sozinho e com este teu gesto fez reascender dentro do coração dele a chama da esperança, pois se sentiu lembrado e amado.

    Lembrem-se amigos são para todas as horas, não apenas para darmos risadas. Vamos começar a ofertar um pouco mais do nosso tempo para o próximo e verás como seremos muito bem recompensados.
